I keep checking as well.
Since we’ve got a release date I guess it matters less, but it still feels nice to have it locked in with a pre-order.

Im on Xbox and i check the market daily for a pre order. At this rate im guessing it will drop on its release date as its only a few weeks away

The game releases 3 weeks to this date. I would like to see a pre order come up but I believe at this rate it is doubtful we shall see a pre order now. Hopefully we hear more from the devs soon on this

I’m hoping myself it’ll be around the €40 mark. Anything over that, and I probably won’t be able to justify getting it for a while.

So they just posted it on Twitter, Game will be 40$ (so I guess 40€ as well?!) and unfortunately no pre-order. Game just drops on May 23th

40 USD vs 40 EUR vs 40 GBP is not the same amount of money, so I hope the prices – if offered in flat currencies, not dynamic exchange – will be adjusted to the exchange rate.
40 USD is currently 31 GBP. I don’t want to pay almost 10 quid more than other countries for no reason.

I made a similar point on twitter, but some did remind me that US and Canada prices don’t include sales tax, so people in North America will actually be paying more than $39.99 anyway. So whatever the £ price is, that will include the VAT and be the price we pay.

Fair enough.
But our price + VAT should be based on the exchange equivalent of the value in USD, not copy/paste the number 40 (AND add VAT to that).
