So I turned on subtitles when I started and while those worked, I could not hear any voice dialogue. Then I turned them off and still no voice dialogue. Anybody else having this issue?
Do you mean only voice was missing? Did you still have music and sound?
Yeah, got music and sound, but almost no voice dialogue. I had some when looking for the Bolian Commander, but that has been it so far.
And yes, I checked the setting, sound is on full 
What sound device are you listening through? A Bluetooth or connected headset or speakers/monitor connected via HDMI/DP?
So I first tried it via my Logitech Bluetooth Speakers and got no dialogue. Then I just tried it via my Steelseries Arctis Nova Pro Headset and I got dialogue! Very curious.
